As a Program Analyst on the BS 02 Team, you will provide support for the recruitment, assignments, training and career management of BS-02 Program Officers to strengthen their leadership role in advancing USAID’s mission in the field.   You will liaise with PPL/PO’s Administrative Management Services team, PPL offices (Policy; Strategic and Program Planning; Learning, Evaluation and Research; Program; and Development Cooperation), the Agency’s Human Capital and Talent Management (HCTM) office, and other bureaus throughout the Agency as necessary to support these efforts.
