The Operations Director is Highlight's expert in the account space and represents Highlight in relevant industry settings regarding the assigned account.
You will manage Profit & Loss for a portfolio of mission-focused projects and will be responsible for leading that portfolio with a comprehensive account strategy. The duties include the daily oversight and support of project/program managers, monitoring work quality, and engaging with clients on tactical and strategic levels. The account management activities range from plans for contract re-competes to developing and fostering successful relationships with clients and teaming partners. The account management also includes building, managing, and prosecuting a pipeline of new business opportunities within the assigned account space.
You will enhance and drive strategies on 1 or more strategic accounts based on the intersection of corporate capabilities, contract vehicles, and established relationships. You will lead the capture of new business awards through developing teams and solutions responsive to the customer needs, leveraging superior intelligence on existing work, teaming with the right partners, and proposing innovative and compelling solutions to meet customer requirements.
You will develop strategies (i.e. win themes; management solution; technical solution; teaming; pricing); coordinate corporate resources; build teams of subcontractors; assess competition; and present decision gate briefings to executive management. You will coordinate with proposal development; contracts; pricing and oversee bid completions.
This is a full-time telework / remote role that may require some travel.
Highlight is seeking a Communications Program Analyst to support USAID’s Bureau for Policy, Planning and Learning (PPL) Communications Team. In this role, you will perform and lead specialized tasks within the Bureau, specifically in producing Bureau-wide, Agency-wide, and public communications products. Responsibilities include drafting talking points and presentations for PPL Front Office staff, writing press releases, Agency notices, and using social media to enhance awareness among targeted audiences. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with USAID’s main communications hub, the Bureau for Legislative and Public Affairs, on taskers and inter-Bureau communications as well as planning events. You may serve as the lead on high-priority products for use within and outside the Agency.
The PPL Communications Team is located in PPL’s Front Office that reports directly to PPL Senior Leadership. You will coordinate with the Communications Director on day-to-day priorities. This is a small team that requires all members to work on all aspects of team priorities to fulfill team objectives.
This is a full-time position with Highlight Technologies to support USAID’s Bureau for Policy, Planning and Learning (PPL), which develops guidance, tools and training to help USAID missions worldwide implement Agency business practices related to strategic planning and program design. Highlight is seeking a Web Application Developer to support the Small Business Administration (SBA) in Fresno, CA. The current web application platforms are built using HTML5 and ride on ColdFusion to interact with Microsoft SQL Server.
Any experience interacting and consuming Web Services and XML data would be ideal.
Experience developing SSIS packages in Microsoft SQL Server to integrate data from various data sources will be most helpful.
Also, skills in newer Cloud based development technologies using PowerApps for Azure or AWS as well as other languages such as REACT, Node.js, Angular.js could be helpful.
