We are looking for a Program Analyst to support USAID’s Bureau for Policy, Planning and Learning (PPL), Office of Learning, Evaluation and Research (PPL/LER). PPL/LER is a dynamic, fast-paced office that works to help USAID use knowledge and evidence from monitoring, evaluation and other sources to innovate, learn, improve, adapt and better achieve development outcomes.

The Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning Specialist position is located in PPL’s Office of Strategic and Program Planning. You will contribute to design, manage, and oversee implementation of the MEL strategy for the Innovative Design (iDesign) Team’s theory of change as well as other cross-team or cross-bureau learning priorities within PPL. This will involve data analysis, ongoing indicator monitoring, visualization, validation, and production of reporting products and materials required by the Office or Team.
You will work directly with implementing partners, where appropriate, under the direction of the Team Leader and in coordination with A/CORs, to develop, prioritize, and address learning agenda questions and ensure the alignment of agency or office-level learning priorities with the iDesign internal learning agenda and theory of change.
