Document Control Specialist

Job Locations US-NY-Ballston Spa


Highlight is seeking a Document Control Specialist to support Kesselring Site's Document Control Center (DCC). In this role, you will work side by side with NNS counterparts to provide necessary support for regulatory and/or Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) compliance documentation. The position is in an administrative setting in Ballston Spa, NY


  • Perform operational duties in support of regulatory and/or Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) compliance documentation.
  • Coordinate the verification, approval, and processing of document revisions.
  • Track document activity to ensure timeliness and process efficiency.
  • Responsible for procedures and protocols for processing Technical Work Documents (TWD) and drawing revisions and issuing said documents.

  • Send document recall request to for updates.

  • Communicate with all levels of management on a daily basis.


  • U.S. Citizenship.
  • Current Secret clearance.
  • High School Diploma.
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) compliance documentation encouraged.
