Overview

We are looking for Team Leads to work on an agile team using current DevSecOps tools and methodologies. We will be supporting a variety of applications in a wide portfolio for USCIS.

 

This is remote/telework.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily, weekly, monthly agile ceremonies including standups, retrospectives, demos, etc.
  • Develop web-based software that meets requirements for code quality and performance.
  • Act as an integral member of an agile team mentoring more jr. resources while continuing to deliver software.
  • Maintain expected velocity and deliver software on schedule.

Qualifications

  • Current DHS EOD preferred/Ability to receive DHS EOD Required.
  • US Citizenship required.
  • Must possess strong verbal and written communication experience.
  • Ability to work in a high-speed delivery focused environment.
  • Ability to work in a fully remote environment and maintain delivery tempo.
  • Bachelor in Computer Science / Engineering or related preferred.
  • Experience leading agile teams.
  • 8+ years of experience in the tools, techniques and methodologies below.
  • Must possess an in-depth knowledge software development, design patterns and test driven development.
  • Understanding of DevSecOps tools, principles and execution.
  • Experience in one or more of the following:
    • C#
    • .Net
    • CSS 3
    • JavaScript/React
  • Experience with Agile and CI/CD tools like Jenkins, SonarQube, Prisma/Twistlock, GitHub, Junit, Selenium, Confluence, Jira, etc.
