The fully remote Pricing Analyst will join our Business Development team to research, estimate, and draft strategic pricing models for federal government contract bids. This is a collaborative role where the successful candidate engages with the Contracts, Proposal, and Technical teams to create estimates and supporting documentation for bids. There is growth potential to becoming the corporate pricing lead.


Compensation is commensurate with experience.


  • Participate in color reviews and manage the pricing process in tandem with proposal activities to meet production and review
  • Work closely with internal teams to develop strategic pricing models and cost narratives for all federal contract types. Coordinate the development of cost volume
  • Effectively collaborate with Prime/Subcontractor(s) during pricing development/solicitation response with support from Highlight


  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Expert level knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • 2+ years experience in pricing or proposal management in any industry.
  • Ability to perform market research and analyze pricing data from industry standards/trends.
  • Some experience with mathematical analysis and/or financial analysis.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills.


Additional Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience working in the federal government contracting market.
  • An understanding of labor categories, labor rates, the bid cycle, and RFP analysis.
  • Familiarity with compliance requirements such as DFAR/FAR, DCMA, TINA
