Highlight is seeking a Marketing Manager to support and lead the Marketing Department. You will be responsible for desigining, creating, and delivering marketing programs across lines of business. You will also lead and support our corporate brand identity, ensure all company assets are up-to-date with current Highlight initiatives, news, etc. 


This is a remote / telework role with the potential for occasional travel (1-2 times/year).


  • Develop Monthly Social Media Content Calendar and strategy based on Business Development goals, GovCon industry trends, corporate initiatives, and highlights, etc.
  • Work with corporate leadership to develop marketing materials that align with business objectives such as white papers, slicks, one-pagers.
  • Write and manage content for blog posts, press releases, social media content, website content, etc. 
  • Manage Highlight’s corporate website content to ensure information is up to date to support business development goals, objectives.
  • Provide event support including but not limited to: light event management, sponsorship assistance, booth management, etc.
  • Facilitate Highlight Podcast episodes including planning, recording, editing, and publishing.  
  • Provide support with corporate projects as needed across other backoffice teams. 
  • Other Tasks as assigned.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Advertising or relevant field.
  • 2+ Years of Experience in a relevant field, preferable in the GovCon space.
  • 1+ Years of Writing & Graphics Development.
  • 6 months – 1 year of management experience preferred.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong visual design and creative abilities.
  • Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills including:
      • Illustrator
      • Photoshop
      • InDesign
  • Prefer experience with:
    • Wordpress or equivalent CMS
    • Google Analytics
    • MailChimp, SendInBlue, or another equivalent Email Marketing Tool
    • HooteSuite
