Highlight is looking for a Records Manager to support the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).


  • Retain, disperse, and dispose of documents related to any records handled by the agency to include by not limited to; litigation and case records in compliance with Federal Government retention and disposition standards.
  • Prepare reports of activities.
  • May query SEC staff and contractor personnel supporting SEC employees to gather data relating to the records.
  • May provide proposals for resolving unusually difficult records management problems.
  • May initiate and coordinate with appropriate contacts in resolving complex records management issues.


  • Preferable experience at the SEC or other financial regulatory agencies (FTC, Federal Reserve, FDIC, CFPB, etc.), two (2)+  years of relevant experience, performing technical duties in the commensurate labor categories for corporations or non-profit organizations.
  • Experience may be a result of combined on-the-job experience and education with certain areas of expertise requiring industry recognized competency certifications.
  • Consideration must be given to the complexity of tasks and contractor responsibilities identified in the requirement.
  • Must be able to work effectively in an extremely pressured environment.
  • Must have and use excellent verbal and written communications skills and be proficient with Microsoft Office 2010 or newer programs.
