Highlight is looking for a Document Manager to support the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).


  • File, retrieve and copy of file materials; to include but not limited to creating binders (i.e. Witness binders); may prepare deposition and trial exhibits; enter data on-line to case files and/or other SEC databases; proofread, edit, correct text files created using Optical Character Recognition (OCR) programs such as Adobe Acrobat; retrieve documents from microfilm and digital image media; tab, number, label, assemble documents; fill out log sheets and report on task progress; and may perform quality control on the work of peers in all of these areas.
  • Prepare documents for image scanning; performs other document collection related activities, including document screening, and labeling of files to be scanned.
  • Perform simple and/or complex database searches.


  • Preferable experience at the SEC or other financial regulatory agencies (FTC, Federal Reserve, FDIC, CFPB, etc.), two (2)+  years of relevant experience, performing technical duties in the commensurate labor categories for corporations or non-profit organizations.
  • Experience may be a result of combined on-the-job experience and education with certain areas of expertise requiring industry recognized competency certifications.
  • Consideration must be given to the complexity of tasks and contractor responsibilities identified in the requirement.
  • Must be able to work effectively in an extremely pressured environment.
  • Must have and use excellent verbal and written communications skills and be proficient with Microsoft Office 2010 or newer programs.
