As a mid level Cloud Help Desk Specialist, you will work in a dynamic team that is transitioning services and supporting operations providing critical insights to multiple cloud environments. The duties include the daily engagement with users, Engineers and clients. You will be responsible for supporting an intelligence system that helps USCG safeguard our nation.


  • Work with all of the stakeholders in this program to provide and support a product that meets the mission needs.
  • Provide prompt and professional problem solving to USCG system users and stakeholders.
  • Periodically carry Duty Phone.


  • Top Secret clearance required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
  • Minimum of five (5) years experience.
