Highlight is seeking a highly qualified individual for a full-time General Clerk III position to provide documentation and call center support for the Small Business Administration (SBA) Birmingham Disaster Loan Servicing Center. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and a strong team player with the ability to work independently. Excellent communication and document processing skills are a must. The ideal candidate will also enjoy learning new software skills.   • Process complex transactions.
  • Assisting in a variety of administrative matters.
  • Maintaining a wide variety of financial or other records (stored both manually and electronically).


  • U.S. Citizenship.
  • Public Trust eligibility.
  • Associates degree or higher from a accredited institution.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
