Highlight is seeking a Program Analyst to support the Small Business Administration (SBA) Office of Capital Access (OCA), whose mission is to help make capital available through banks and other lending partners to small businesses. You will perform a variety of support services to include project coordination, evaluations and analyses necessary to support assessing the effectiveness of SBA capital access programs. This position will support OCA program offices responsible for ongoing capital access programs and oversight activities.
You will identify and develop information required for use in the management of OCA programs, including analyzing program requirements, developing reporting, gathering data, performing cost-benefit analysis and documenting systems requirements. You will be responsible for developing conclusions, presentations, and white papers and make recommendations that affect long-range planning and performance. You will analyze and evaluate quantitative and qualitative information and data to maximize the effectiveness of programs.
