Highlight Technologies is growing rapidly, and we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team! We have a strong portfolio of contracts that require a diverse range of IT skills. Our portfolio of government clients is growing as is our need for employees. You will be expected to: recruit and hire qualified IT professionals that meet the needs of our project managers, customers, and corporate culture. Our HQ is a dynamic, growing environment that emphasizes team work, collaboration, and enthusiasm for helping our nation and our employees.


  • Conduct initial phone screenings to make sure candidates are a fit.
  • Source for resumes on passive candidates.
  • Post, review, and update job advertisements as needed.
  • Correspond with hiring managers on a regular basis about potential candidates, job requirements, and status of open positions.
  • Assist in onboarding of new hires.


  • U.S. Citizen.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 2-4 years of full life cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, phone screening, submitting to hiring managers, and onboarding.
  • Experience in recruiting for cleared positions and or federal contracts preferred. 
  • Knowledge of iCims recruiting platform preferred.
