    • Manage/Plan system transitions between IPF and other organizations such as Research and NGA/SF.
    • Coordinate system capability development between IPF and other organizations to ensure alignment of planning and prevent duplication of capabilities.
    • Coordinate with external entities to ensure IPF system transitions are supported at the larger mission / enterprise level.
    • Maintain awareness of external system transitions, and evaluate the impacts thereof to IPF systems.
    • Assist IPF Program Managers on individual program transitions as directed by the IPF Engineering Management staff.
    • Manage the overall IPF system integration process across the compendium of IPF Foundation GEOINT-related programs, projects, pilots and initiatives.

    • Identify and recommend new technology insertion to improve IPF mission satisfaction and performance.
    • Assist PMs with onboarding new vendors, transitioning efforts from an incumbent to a new vendor, and closing out an effort.
    • Produce and manage the IPF Integrated Master Schedule
    • Maintain and update the current status of individual IPF system transitions
    • Advise on the integration specifications of the IPF System Architecture views
    • Produce transition-related inputs to the IPF Requirements Baseline
    • Produce and manage the IPF System Dependency Matrix, documenting IPF system integration points
    • Synchronize and manage the cadence of development across multiple IPF system developments
    • Act as the overall IPF System Outage coordinator, and assess the potential impacts of proposed discrete events across the entirety of IPF programs to missions and operations.
    • Lead IPF coordination and production of multi-program Interface Control Documents (ICDs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
    • Identify areas for IPF growth and create strategic Product roadmaps to help drive the adoption of products, resolve potential gaps, drive cross-cutting integration and manage costs.
